Structure of our successfull certification and teaching program.
Paddlefit combines SUP and excercises as a complete workout for every fitness level and age. The program is designed in 4 modules: core, cardio, balance, mobility. SUP technique is a very important part of our program not only for injury prevention. Our methodology is unique and based on 15 years of experience in fitness and watersports. The program is suitable for individual and group training.
Certification programs
Paddlefit Basic - Certification
- Learn how to teach safe SUP fitness classes
- Paddlefit methodology supported by workbooks & videos
- Master classes various levels including SUP technique, correction training & video analysis
- Incl. Paddlefit Train, Paddlefit Kids
- Specific land training
- Theory of fitness terms and anatomy
- SUP material explication & technical terms
Course Organization Duration: 3 days on-site workshop Costs: 450 EUR, including Paddlefit manuals, goodies and discount program Inscriptions: course limited to 12 participants Certification assessment on the 3rd day of the course Requirements Very good level of SUP, fitness & health SUP instructor certification not mandatory but advised Accident insurance mandatory Water rescue certification advised (please check your local regulations)
Paddlefit Kids - Part of Certification
- Specific exercises and games to create a fun and active sup class for kids and juniors
- Excercises will be on land & on the water with focus on balance, safety and fun
Paddlefit Train - Part of Certification
- Special SUP classes for paddlers who would like something new in their paddle sessions
- Suitable for every fitness level, individual and group training
- Training program designed to improve mobility, balance muscular strength, enhance breathing and improve mental discipline
- Suitable for every fitness level, individual and group training
- Introduction to the Pilates method and its principles
- Methodology to teach a safe SUPilates class
- Paddlefit SUPilates methodology supported by manual
- Learn to perform and teach basic Pilates exercises on the board and on the mat

Paddlefit Yoga Flow - Course program / no certification
- easy to follow yoga postures (asanas) focusing on balance, core stability, hip & shoulder mobility - the series of exercises is coordinated with the breath to experience fluid movement, release of tension and flow
